WWII Japanese Type 90 Combat Helmet As Used By The Imperial Japanese Army (IJA). This example remains in Very Good to Excellent Condition and maintains its complete liner and complete, unbroken chinstrap. Helmet shows only minor signs of age, wear and use with some visible wear to the liner and soiling to the chinstrap. Exterior shows some minor loss to the original finish that is visible in the photos, but no dings, dents, rust or corrosion. Star to the front of helmet remains very tight and shows no signs of having ever been moved or replaced. Liner remains tightly in the helmet and shows no rot, decay, damage or other blemishes. Chinstrap shows only minor soiling, but remains very solid and undamaged. Overall, a beautiful Japanese Type 90 helmet that remains in very seldom seen condition and can definitely be considered a piece for the advanced collector.
