1. When can I expect my items? We are a family business and usually ship within two to five business days, but this can sometimes depend on how busy we are. In some cases, items may take longer or ship faster. Tracking information will be provided.
2. What methods of shipment do you offer? We ship via USPS Priority Mail and United Parcel Service.
3. Does Old Patriot Militaria ship internationally? YES, we ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail.

5. Does Old Patriot Militaria buy items? YES, we buy single items to entire collections.
6. Does Old Patriot Militaria accept multiple payments, have a “layaway” or installment plan? NO, we do not offer layaway, multiple payments or installment plans.
7. What types of payment does Old Patriot Militaria accept on their website? We currently only accept credit cards and Pay Pal on our website.
8. When is payment due once I decide to buy an item? Payment is due immediately and payments can be made directly from your shopping cart.
9. Can shipping charges be adjusted? YES. In the event we can package your items to save you money on your shipping charges after you have paid, we will do so and refund you the difference.
10. Can I request other forms of shipment? YES. However additional fees may apply.
11. Does Old Patriot Militaria provide shipping insurance on my package? YES. We can provide you with shipping insurance on your package, but additional fees will apply.
12. Are items on the website also available at shows? In some cases, YES. If an item has been on the website for some time without selling, we may bring the item to militaria shows and offer it for sale there.
13. How often does Old Patriot Militaria’s website update with new items? Currently, we do not have a set time frame for updates, but our goal is for them to be in a timely manner. Our plan is to space our updates out enough for us to rebuild our inventory so that each update will have lots of new listings as well as some sale items.
14. Will Old Patriot Militaria offer discounts or sales on items? YES. If an item has been on our website for an extended period of time, it will go on sale for the next update.
15. How do I bid or buy items from Old Patriot Militaria’s website? To bid on auction items or buy any item from our website you must create an account with valid information and accept the terms and conditions section.
