KOREA – VIETNAM WAR VETERAN’S NAMED & SERVICE NUMBERED VISOR HAT: DATED 1956 – BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE!

Truly EXCELLENT Condition SIZE 7 Dress Blue Visor Hat Named & Service Numbered TWICE to Colman Julius Gyorko of Morgantown, West Virginia. Gyorko was inducted into the US Army in November of 1950 and sailed for Korea aboard the troop transport ship USNS General J.C. Breckinridge in May of 1951 with the 558th Provost Company, which were MPs assigned to the handling and guarding of POWs. Mr. Gyorko would serve for nearly 21 years in the US Army before retiring in 1971. Hat is a VERY impressive and truly beautiful example and we know that you will be very pleased with it when you see it. Includes a small packet of research.
